This Privacy Policy explains how CRUXE (“CRUXE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company headquartered in Sydney, Australia, collects, uses, discloses, stores and otherwise handles personal information when you visit or use our website (https://www.cruxe.io), create an account, post or respond to job listings, purchase paid job posts, submit community resources, or otherwise interact with our services.

  • We collect personal data you provide (e.g., name, email, company name, Telegram handle, resource submissions) and certain information automatically (e.g., IP address, device and usage data).
  • All paid job-post transactions on CRUXE are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVC on our servers.
  • We process personal data to provide and improve the Service, to perform contracts (e.g., enabling paid job posts), to detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • If you are in the EU / EEA, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights (access, correction, erasure, portability, objection, and others).

  • Account: A unique account created to access the Services.

  • Service: The website, platform, and any functionality provided by CRUXE, including job-posting, job-application, and resource submission features.

We collect information you give us, including but not limited to:

  • Full name, display name or company name;
  • Email address and billing email;
  • Profile and account information (e.g., biography, skills, portfolio links, Telegram username);
  • Job post data and job application content (for example, job title, description, attachments you upload);
  • Resource submissions (e.g., tools, templates, inspiration links, files or other materials you choose to provide);
  • Correspondence and messages you send via our platform or to our support team;
  • Billing and invoicing details required to create receipts and records (we do not collect or store full payment card numbers; see Section 5 on Payment).

When you use the Service we automatically collect:

  • Usage data (pages visited, session length, clicks, referral source, timestamps);
  • Device and browser information (browser type and version, device model, operating system);
  • IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP, and other network information;

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage the Service — create and administer accounts; publish and manage job posts; process applications; review and publish community resource submissions; provide customer support.

  • Security, fraud prevention and dispute resolution — detect, investigate and protect against abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Improvement and analytics — analyze usage and enhance features.
  • Marketing and communications — send service-related messages and marketing communications where permitted (opt-out available).
  • Legal and regulatory compliance — comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety.

Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal bases such as performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests.

5. Payment processing

All paid job posts are processed via Stripe, Inc. (or its affiliates).

  • We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or CVC codes.
  • Stripe collects payment information directly and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • We may receive limited transaction metadata from Stripe (e.g., transaction ID, status, billing email, card brand and last four digits).

Refunds and disputes are handled in accordance with our Payments & Refund Policy.

6. Cookies, tracking and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the Service;
  • Provide site functionality;
  • Analyze usage;
  • Support marketing and affiliate activities.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

7. Affiliate Links

Our website contains affiliate links to third-party products and services. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
